Monday, another week

Well, this going for a walk in the a.m is definitely the way to do it... Had to cut my a.m. walk early because of a bathroom emergency... not the place to have it that far from home.. Anyway, the rest of the day was supposed to be a Senior's Tea, and we drove about 15 km in the country but there wasn't anything. I had it written on the calendar, so don't know what happened. Anyway, did take advantage of being out there and had a beautiful long walk on an expansive sandy beach... too cold to swim, but then I didn't have my suit anyway.

Breakfast - veggie omelette, cherries
Lunch - orzo, spinach, feta dish, cheese, blueberries, yogurt
Supper - basa fillet, sweet potato fries, tabbouleh, brussel sprouts
Snack - apple, 1/2 pkg turkey lunch meat

Down to the last 60 pgs. of my book club book... The Bishop's Man... about the priests in the maritimes and some of the things that have happened... disturbing topic, but well written book

I would love to be able to walk the beach! Unfortunately all I have is Lake Ontario - beaches are not that great to walk where we are - all stones! emoticon
