So, I jumped on the scale this morning, after my stupid weigh-in yesterday afternoon (when I weighed 132). This morning, the scale said I weighed 130. I don't know where those two pounds came from, but I can't imagine that it's fat...because I just don't eat that much!
Feeling defeated, I moped around for a bit. Then I ran my "weight loss report' here on SP. It started the report at September 1, 2012. At that time, I was 145 pounds. Since then, which was what? Nearly eleven months ago? I have lost 15 pounds. That's a little more than a pound a month.
Is that astounding progress?
No. Definitely not...but it IS progress. I can't deny it.
So, I have decided to double-down on my efforts. Another year and I could lose another 15 pounds...which is better than GAINING 15 pounds.
Keep fighting, Sparkers. The journey makes us stronger!
