This weekend Saturday I went for swim at the pool. 45 min was all I got in before it was time for their water aerobics class. We then spent the rest of the day cleaning out the garage.
Sunday was planned for a big bike ride. I need to start working on big hill work out's here. There is a 40 mile (round trip) ride right from my house that takes you 20 miles straight UP a big hill. Last time I went I got about 8 miles to the top. This time I made it 1.5 miles from the top. I'm so close but so far. I'm getting better and stronger and faster.. still not quite fast enough but it will come in time.
Today was a 6 mile run on the pre core.
It's less than 2 weeks to my next triathlon. This Wed I will do a 'moc tri'. I'm kind of excited about that.
