Weekend wrap up

This weekend was largely an exercise in frustration when it came to eating food. While I didn't make unhealthy food choices, I certainly didn't eat all that I should have. On Sat. I ate my first meal after 2PM; my lunch was a protein shake. Sunday was slightly better in that I had breakfast at 10 and lunch at 2ish. But still, not the best weekend for eating food.

Fitness wise, though, I did quite well. I did 60 minutes of fitness on Saturday - a pilates/yoga fusion workout and 40 minutes of a different pilates/yoga fusion workout on Sunday. Tomorrow, I'm going to start reviewing my fitness DVDs, as I've been annoyed with some of them and want to share my knowledge.

Goals for tomorrow:
-- Eat a healthy breakfast
-- Drink 8 glasses of water
-- Do 50 minutes of yoga.

    I hear ya! I struggle with eating times too. Especially that first meal of the day. My plan requires I eat 30 grams of protein within an hour of waking though within 30 minutes is more ideal. All I want to see within 30 minutes is a cup of coffee!

Here's to more "timely" eating and a more successful day tomorrow and all the tomorrows to come!
