10: Whole 30 Journey

Slept in again as I had the day off. Sure beats the 6 hours a night I usually get during a typical work week. I will be working on that though in the coming weeks as soon enough I will be going from 5am shifts to 3am shifts for the holidays.
I made sauted zucchini in a little bit of coconut oil, really delicious!
Before my appointments I had an apple, not even the whole thing because it wasn't going down very good. After I came back before I decided on dinner I ate a couple slices of turkey.
My massage and adjustment were this afternoon at 3:30, the massage was pretty good. He said I was a tough cookie because he did hard core deep tissue massage things that most people can't handle. Then I went for my adjustment. Got on the topic of how this weekend went and I mentioned my depression. We had a short chit chat which made me feel good knowing that the chiropractor cares and she wants to help. She was talking about natural supplements and I mentioned that I have been taking 12,000IU of Vitamin D a day. Then asked about what I do to help my depression. I mentioned how I have a therapist but she is in another state so I only see her about once a month. She also brought up medications but told her I really didn't know what to do right now. She asked if it has been getting worse and I said yeah despite what I have been trying to help it like losing almost 20 pounds since my injury, eating healthy, etc. I have really been struggling. **I have no plans to sabotage my whole 30 progress just felt my blog needed some insight, because I know people will scold me for eating so little when it's not actually on purpose.**
Not really hungry or craving anything. Heated up leftover lasagna from yesterdays dinner to force myself to eat something.
