It helps to have my goals blog as a reference.
It helps to have small goals like "increase fiber" as a reference when I'm reaching for food.
It helps to have a to do list so I feel in control.
It helps to realize my problem areas (like snacking at night) and trying to problem solve ways to change those behaviours I don't like.
It helps to plan plan plan my food... and when other people are cooking nudge them into being prepared.
It helps to just DO IT even though I have moments I would rather not.
I am a work in progress, not perfect, but actively trying to change and build new habits and behaviours. Someday... I hope I will see a brand new me on this page.
