I like to sweat.

I should say that I like how I feel when I sweat.

I sweat usually when I am physically very active.
And it always feels good.

Whenever I come back from a morning walk, I am all sweaty.
I have a drink of water and take time to cool down.
Then I take a shower.
It all feels good.

I know there are some people who do not like to sweat.
It makes them feel uncomfortable. Perhaps they feel dirty.

I decided to find out what I could about sweating on the world wide web.

It seems that not sweating at all or sweating too much can both be symptoms of possible disorders.

I did find one website, though, that listed some benefits to sweating.
