Well, I did not do that great the past week or so. Was my sons birthday and then mine. I know it is no excuse but I was eating all week. Today I have recommitted once again to spark people and to my vegan ways. It is hard to spark people track while vegan I have found because you can be losing weight but calories will be over. Like this morning I made a beautiful oatmeal waffle with flaxseed meal and a banana and almond milk. Was a very healthy recipe but came to my breakfast with the syrup, pure maple of course, was over 500 calories!!! I don't know if anyone reads these blogs but if any other vegan sees this and can offer insight please let me know! I was vegan for a year, last couple months lact0-ovo vegetarian. Wanting to go back to vegan cause I feel better vegan but egg beaters and cheese call me. Maybe need to reread some of my books on the horrors of dairy!
I am a friend who I really want to join here with me. I am really hoping she does because she is the nicest most caring person I have ever met and she deserves health and happiness! I hope she joins this and ends up seeing this post!
Todays lunch might be veggie sushi. Have to still plan dinner........
