Today's coach asked me to blog about a new health goal besides weight loss. I do have other health goals besides weight loss already. I've been working on trying to improve my sleep. I took the Better Sleep Challenge. It did help me improve the length of time I am able to sleep. This is an ongoing challenge for me as it still needs improvement. I have been able to stay asleep for up to five hours some nights. Since I only slept two hours at a time when I started this is a huge improvement. My doctor wants me to get to at least seven hours straight on a consistent basis. I have no trouble falling asleep, I just tend to wake up frequently for a variety of reasons all night long. So until I get my sleep under control, I'll stick with that for my extra goal.
