Weekly Update #7 - Not a Good Week

I did not do my weekly weigh in and measurements today. I had a rough week last week when I became sick late Thursday and continued to not feel well through Sunday. I tried to exercise on Friday and that was a bad mistake. Listening to your body is something we all should do and I failed to do that on Friday.
I continue to be very proud of my water intake. This is the longest streak I have ever had for drinking eight glasses of water in each day. I also have been sleeping very well, so those are two plus signs.
Since I did not do my weigh in and measurements, I am posting the same ones from last week. I did update my water consumption and exercise to reflect the eight weeks that I have been back on my program.
Pounds lost: 6 (through week 7)
Inches lost from waist: 1.25 (through week 7)
Inches lost from hips: 2.5 (through week 7)
Consecutive days drinking 8 glasses of water: 49
Consecutive weeks exercising 150 minutes/week: 8
This week will present an additional challenge as we will be hosting out of town company. Whatever happens, I will continue to stay with my program as much as possible during the time we have visitors and will resume back full time after they leave.
