Ok. Back on track sort off

Been working lots of overtime, less sleep than normal, families back from myrtle beach, and dealing with neck pain issues. Oh well, s#it happens

Massive rain and flooding today. No run. Maybe when I get home at 3am it'll be Lear for a run

Rain and flooding stopped. Threw on waders, life jacket, and put coast guard on standby and went for run
