Greg has had a round of chemo - 3 days - and i think he has about decided not to have any more. Today he has a blood draw and Wed. a consultation with the doctor. Then he will decide. But, even if he does not have any now he can still have some later. It just wiped him out for a week - and he does not want to live that way.

My two boys have been talking more than they have in years. That is one of the very positive things that has come from this experience - them recognizing their differences and being able to share their feelings - honestly and openly.

Last Friday I went to the ER - my blood pressure is "thru the roof". Wonder why??? Just too much stress. Not just Greg's cancer, but the brokenness in my family. But, I do see some healing happening and am sure there will be more.

I have completely neglected myself - not eating right and very little exercise. And i do realize that exercise is so key to good health. Oh, at they hospital they did lots of tests, including an EKG and a chest Xray. And I am quite healthy for an "ol' lady"!! Everything within the normal range. Well, everything except my BP. Now to just get then under control.

It is quite warm here in Pendleton - in the high 90 every day. Thank you, God, for our a/c.

Being a Cancer survivor I would not recommend missing any of the treatments, it is a well known you're not going to feel well while having treatments. My family wouldn't let me get out of treatment 1 in particular I forced myself hope this helps.
