Party is over.
Focus on showing myself I am important. How can I do that? Work on the SP Mind Over Eating workshop. Sleep. Learn to say "no" and "I'll get back to you if I can help out". Get back to food tracking, non-cardio exercise (ST, stretching), BLC and my SP goals and routines.
Also on my plate are getting ready to send oldest child off to college for the first time, supporting husband as he looks for a new job, getting glasses for DS (his first pair) and jumping in to help my mother where ever necessary. And working as much as possible given our current financial downturn. Oh, and I need to BREATHE.
I am glad today is a run day.
