Good morning!!! How was your weekend? Mine was spent home waiting for the a/c repairman not once but twice. In a week's time my a/c went out 4 times --- finally yesterday the technician found an exposed wire that MAY have been causing the short and fuse to blow. I give it 2 days and if it's still working then I may say he found the problem. I was so mad Saturday as I called early in the morning and they kept calling saying later and later, that I didn't get out at all Saturday.
I mentioned a You Tuber on my last blog post that I found and her YT page is bootynomicswork, her name is Buffie. I found out from my niece she was in the R&B/Rap world at one time so...but hey she got a great thing going now.
Now as for me and my journey. I did workout on Thursday and Friday, I did the treadmill for 45 minutes each day with inclines. I did not start my weight training yet as I mentioned above the a/c problem threw me waaayyyy off. I did make it to Walmart yesterday and I brought a yoga mat so I can do my floor workout. Don't have carpet in my family room now so these older bones don't do well on hard floors. I couldn't find the new exercise ball I brought but I found it yesterday so I need to blow it up. But I will get to my strength training today. Hopefully when I get home the a/c will still be blowing and the house will be cool. It was so hot in there yesterday I ended up with a headache. I'm going to start with the upper body workout today. I'm switching over to the elliptical today as well. Hopefully I can last a full hour to 45 minutes on it. It's been a while since I climbed on one.
I'm back to my eating plan of low calorie, normal calorie cycling as that was working for me prior to my interrupted vacay. I want to get back to drinking my smoothie but so far my mindset has not caught up to my desires. But as for today, I'm focusing on my eating, getting in my cardio and doing my strength training cycle. NO EXCUSES mission is in full effect. I leave for vacay in a few weeks...at this point I'm not liking the way my swimsuits are looking

Enough talking about it...time to be about it!!! oooo that sounds like a good mantra for the new challenge round.
