Yesterday I developed my plan for filling my hour between thyroid meds and eating breakfast with 10 minutes of fitness, quiet time with my morning play list, shower, dress, then fix and eat breakfast.

The plan went so well, I didn't want to spend much time inside fixing breakfast so I pulled out last night's leftovers and added bread and almond butter.

Delicious! (roasted acorn squash with my fruit mix apple, raisins, celery, cinnamon, Back to nature Nantucket blend and cinnamon. The squash was roasted and fruit mix sprinkled on top after plating.)

Today, I'm hoping to go in to the river walk. I want to spend some time with a tree I'm painting. It's the same one I wrote about in January when I thought the flood was going to wash it away. Well, it is still there, and I'm painting it. Or using it as the inspiration for my current painting. Here's a couple of photos of it now.

Since I ate my lunch for breakfast, I need to go pack a different lunch to get in there for my 9:30 class, then a walk, then lunch with my tree.
