Plan for life vs regaining after losing

today's spark coach was interesting in that the subject was regaining weight after losing it.

One simple thing was that before we hop on a diet or exercise regime we need to ask ourselves if this is doable for life or not. If it is not, if we can NOT maintain those restrictions, the wise thing is to leave it alone.
