When Coppola finds make you weigh in

Monday, July 22, 2013

YES! I know wine right???? HA! I scored 6$ bottles of my Fav wine at The Fresh Market this weekend! I had to brag and send a pic to my peeps! When I saw the picture, I was like face looks slimmer!!!

I was down!!!!!! FINALLY! And I lost some more inches!!! I dont know if its because I have been crossfitting and not lifting as heavy or if in fact it is fat loss. Either way Ill take it!

I am eating with purpose now!!! I only had 1 cheat meal last week and I plan on doing the same this week! I am upping my workouts and plan on making it to the crossfit gym everyday! My workouts are intense and I can hardly wait to weigh in this coming Sunday!!!
Mixing it up

My pushups are rocking! And I love actually seeing the muscles getting used!

I finally wore my swim bottoms w/o the skirt. I might look chubby sure BUT I also have a rump thanks to squats!!!

Pretty excited to see things moving in a positive direction!!

Your legs definitely look thinner and more toned in that bottom picture, keep doing what you're doing!

Wow ! You look great. I would love to do cross fit but the ones in our area are way over 100 a month. I have been boxing and love it !
