Monday - New week, new start, I started recording my workout in a training log : 5K intervals - hard and I feel it too!
Tues - Rest day and my fitbit is telling me to move it! -- I love tracking my sleep: now I know I need to work at this - less than 7 everyday is not enough for me!
Wed - I am running because I signed up for races in the fall and my training program says to do 4 miles today - so off I went and I did 6.5k at the trail - Always happy I did it even when I find it difficult to get it started!
Thursday - I am leaving home for a few days (for work but making the best of it - I will visit friends and family too!) Don't like packing suitcases and long drive (10 hours)
Friday - BINGE... and more... but I did fantastic at work and I am having dinner with my mom!
Saturday - Start a day off with 15k Run - my longest in a few weeks! and my T-Bands are not so happy! Stretching it is a must.
Sunday - Who can resist?
