One of the problems with sweetening food is that people forget what that food is really supposed to taste like. We now expect a sweet overtone to foods that aren't supposed to taste that way.

Interesting article. I wish it had a date. It would be interesting to know if the children lost weight and if the school still serves healthy meals. I recently read an article about a school who stopped serving healthy food. Their food budget had increased by thousands and the kids either didn't take the food or they took it and threw it in the trash. Sad but true.
