I've just finished weekend #2 of food tracking and posting pics of everything I eat on facebook. I am blogging NOW and posting these pics so that I will not find my way back to the kitchen. I will floss, brush, rinse and go to bed.
Even though the scale was up 1.5 pounds this morning, I'm still calling this weekend a success. I ate reasonably well, measured everything, and enjoyed what I ate. I worked out with heavy weights on Saturday and Sunday. I did all my usual weekend chores, plus cleaned the patio, bathed the dogs, and cleaned and reorganized my pantry. I had a good weekend.
Right now, I am enjoying the feeling of knowing that for 2 weekends in a row I have not gained 5-6 pounds and I get to head into Monday without the "weight" of losing the "weight."
