My short term goals at this time are to remain on track with my eating and exercising.
T0 stay focused on what I am doing. To lose at least 8 pounds in August.
To lose 24 lbs. in the next 3 months.
To get into the 100's.
Long term goal is to lose to my goal weight of 145. When I get there I will reevaluate whether I need to go further or stop there.
My biggest goal is to remain healthy and not have another stroke even a small one like I had in 2008. I plan to be around at least to my 90's and see at least one of my great great grandchildren.
