I'm doing well staying on track, planning my meals, and moving more.
Friday, we want to CHILI's for dinner which I love because I can have steak and brocolli for 360 calories! Then we came home and watched movies.
Saturday, frank worked on race cars and I grocery shopped and cooked ALL Day! Then we went to see world war Z...wow intense! But I liked it a lot.
I made meatloaf, marinated steaks, made chicken cordon blue for a lunch visit with franks grandma today, mini lemon and chocolate pies (with those tiny graham cracker crusts and sugar free, fat free pudding), baked cake pops for next weekend, and I have all my meals prepped and planned for the week,
Meatloaf, steak, spaghetti and baked chicken then we leave Thursday for a race and I have my meals planned for there as well.
I am feeling good, and I like not having that "F" it attitude. I much prefer being prepared and knowing at the end of the day, I have done a good job.
Thursday is weigh in day before we leave for the weekend.
