I plan to get to water aerobics tomorrow but I am going to add a longer walk. I only do 20 minute mile.
I want to increse the intensity on dry land because I am having a harder time walking .
I just love the water aerobics and am doing it several times a week as well as the walks but the walks are way too leasurely. I just have to walk over to my local park in the morning before it gets too hot and do some fast walking. I used to have friends I met but they walk when I want to take water aerobics classes. I may just go to the gym and use the treadmill or take a class.
I want to get back to tai chi chah in the back yard.
I can do this.
