Got back to my beloved KBs today, at long last.
Did 10 sets of 12 two-arm swings w/a 16kg KB. A nice warm-up. Concentrated on my form. Felt so good.
I don't know why I let this go so long. I know how good it is for my one-and-only body. Really, if there's anything I owe it to myself to do, it's strength-training. The difference will be astounding, I'm sure; I should do a 'before' picture now.
