Got back to my beloved KBs today, at long last.

Did 10 sets of 12 two-arm swings w/a 16kg KB. A nice warm-up. Concentrated on my form. Felt so good.

I don't know why I let this go so long. I know how good it is for my one-and-only body. Really, if there's anything I owe it to myself to do, it's strength-training. The difference will be astounding, I'm sure; I should do a 'before' picture now.

    You are a serious kettlebeller, using a 16kg weight!
That reminds me that i've been having occasional thoughts that I should bring my kettlebells back out. It's a fast efficient workout.

    emoticon I Can't Imagine giving up my Strength Training! I still am tempted to paint the 50 and 100 Pound Weights and Kettle Bells PINK, LOL! don't understand why they can't be Pretty!!
