another new start

Trying to get moving in the right direction again. Tracked all my food yesterday and today. The husband and little kids and I walked for 30 mins through the neighborhood. It was only at about 2.5 mph but alt least I was moving :). I'm excited to keep the momentum going for tomorrow.
