Some progress

It's been a while since I've last posted but I wanted to say that I've made some progress on my weight loss journey.

I've started to exercise more and become active through bike riding, weight lifting, and the Wii Active. I haven't lost much weight yet but I hope that as I continue exercising that I will see more progress.

I'm excited to keep it going emoticon
