Wk 119 Weigh In

This week was hot, high 90's low 100's here in the Central Valley of California. My back is still bothering me from the big move 2 weeks ago and it went out again on me 2 days ago as I was attempting to move a bed here at home. Got it moved, tried to stand up and felt like being stabbed in the back, knees buckled and I face planted into the bed. I'm just glad that I was moving a bed and not a dresser! The face plant would have been much less fun into a dresser.
Anyway, I've been staying seated for the most part, except at night when I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes to 1 hour. It's about all I can do right now, so I'm doing that.
On to this weeks numbers:
Weight : 209.0
Lost : 1.0
Total : 108.2
Yay for another loss! I am now 1.8 lbs away from the goal that I set in April of 2011, 207.2. Once I reach that goal, I will be moving the goal further down the scale, probably to 195. I haven't been at that weight since I graduated high school, 25 years ago.
I think once I reach 195 I will attempt to do more strength training. I know, I know, "why aren't you doing more of that now", I can hear you collectively saying. I have done some ST off and on over the last 2 years, but physically, my body is old and everything hurts. I just want to get my weight as low as I can reasonably, first.
