We lost Lilly today

Sunday, July 21, 2013

Lilly died this afternoon in her sleep. My daughter Elizabeth cried and blamed herself. I told all the kids that they do the best they can and its no ones fault. Its hard to raise kittens without their mom. I hope we can raise the other 3-Aussie, Blackout and Fia to be good pet cats.

I didn't know that you had lost Lilly before you lost Blackout. That really makes it especially hard for you and your children. Prayers are said for you again today.

It's very sad. I hope your children are able to deal with this, especially right on top of the loss of the kitties' mama.

How sad but thankful you did all you could for Lilly. Even poor little kitten with no mommy deserve a fighting chance and you and your daughter did all you could. Wishing all the best to her siblings.
