How am I doing?
Not my best round.
DD signed me up for a personal trainer and she works me to smithereens. Stuff I would not imagine that I would be able to do. And I do it.
And yet, after 8 weekly sessions, I see very little improvement, in spite of adding other ST and cardio to my plan.
I am eating clean 95/5 % of the time and yet the scales are not moving. I do feel some extra space in the clothing so I'll take that as a partial win.
So I have checked out a bunch of books, scoured through my own and am working on a Linda plan.
