I can do this!

Another day of cleaning at my parents' house. We are really starting to see progress... finally! I moved to the closet space today, and filled 4 30 gallon trash bags with clothes that need to be washed. There are a few dry clean only items, but most things can just get dumped in the washing machine. Dad was going to stop at the store and get more laundry detergent after dropping me and the Cooper dog off at home. My older brother came out to my parents' just as I was leaving, so I gave him the run down on how I was doing the cleaning and left him to it. I don't know how far he will have gotten, but at least I have a little help. My other brother picked blueberries for my dad this morning... 2 3 gallon buckets of fresh blueberries. Now they have to be sorted and bagged before they can be frozen. My dad enjoys frozen blueberries almost all winter from their blueberry patch. I am taking the day off from cleaning tomorrow. Jeremy and I are going to attempt an early launch on Lake Erie. We want to be on the water by 6:30am. Ulp! I am so very much not a morning person. I will have to set my alarm.
My knees are stiff today. The run I did yesterday was a mile uphill, followed by a mile downhill. Running on hills uses different muscles I think. I am going to go for a run this evening (probably around 8pm), but it is much flatter than out at my parents' place. I might try that 3.2 mile loop. It has been a few weeks since I attempted it, and I have been slowly increasing my time and distance. It is a very slow process for me to build my stamina and endurance. I generally make small changes, but this would be a fairly big change. I KNOW my body is capable, I just have to get my mind wrapped around the idea that I can do it without stopping. I CAN do this!
