I weighed in today and the scale read 199! Hurray! I'm getting so close to my original goal (that has been updated to be more now, but it still means something) of losing 50 lbs!! I actually see my doctor Friday, she'll be happy I'm sure.
Also, I got to go shopping today, I got a new workout outfit at Target...the xl shirt is actually too big for me so I have to go back and exchange it for a large!
I also tried on new bras because all my bras are way too big (probably should have tried the work out clothes at the same time...oh well). The back size is a different size now! 36...the cup size got smaller too but we won't talk about that haha :-/
My mom keeps telling me my back is getting really toned. Yay!
Also I've been finding I've been falling asleep in record time! I think what's been helping is I actually exercise (like a walk or a bike ride) for a half hour about 2 hours before I go to bed. Then I sleep amazingly.
I'm about to have dinner. I'm having buffalo falafel, corn on the cobb, and potato salad that has lots of vegetables in it and a no-oil vegan mayo. I'm excited for that haha, because it made 9 cups of potato salad and the recipe tracker I put that there are 6 servings, so that means I can have a cup and a half of it and still not go over my calorie range at all! It's 233 calories a serving :)
