I love my
(plural) so much. Your honest blogs are so inspirational. This is a journey........
I am thoroughly enjoying my new relationship - but I have relaxed my own food and exercise routines to meet my boyfriend half-way. Saying 'yes' to a few beers, a meal with potatoes or rice, yogurt with sugars in, cow's milk etc.
Consequently I'm feeling a bit less trim and fit.
But - I'm getting back on track!
I remember reading about how we reach goals being a bit like flying a plane - it goes from A to B, but with constant minor diversions off-course which are then corrected.
