And this is why you don't weigh every day, and why the ups and downs shouldn't be examined, and why I am so glad I don't pay a lot of attention to my weight, or I would drive myself crazy with why :)
1/2 lb last week when I busted my ass, 4 lbs this week when I only exercised 3 days out of 7.
But there are always factors. I had my period last week, so was probably weighing heavier. I ate within targets all week despite being sick, so loss can still happen. Hubby says my metabolism is higher now so that would accelerate loss.
See, you can go nuts examining it :)
Bottom line, I'm below 170 for the first time in probably 5 years. Yay me!
