Updated Fitness Test at halfway point

1/2 point test results
pushups - still plan on knees -40
41 crunches (feet on ground)
40 lunges
46 right and 44 left bicep curls, (3 lb weight)
55 squats
1 minute on full plank

1st test results

Pushups - plank on knees or what I call girl pushups - 35
44 crunches feet on ground (I still hate crunches)
42 lunges
42 bicep curls (3lb weights)
45 squats

So my results are about the same on some and a little better on others. I know I am more flexible and the test seemed easier, so I will take that as progress
