Today im going to list the positive steps Ive made this week....
* Made Speghetti in a new way- ground turkey instead of high fat cheaper ground beef - hahah the funny part is the kids didnt even realize it was made differently.... and i have some picky KIDS! It would have been so funny to watch me making it.... literally SNEAKING around the kitchen to cook the ground turkey making sure no kids were spying LOL
*exercised EVERYDAY for 30 minutes minimum of walking each day! WhoooooRawwwww for me this is a huge first step for me towards being more active!!!! I love it..... even if i dont feel like doing it one night i push myself to do it and i am always feeling better afterward emotionally! Truly amazing!
*I stuck with my lifestyle of living without pop! Ive been doing this a long time but im still very proud of myself for giving it up back on JULY 4th 2009! Wowwwww WhooooooRawwwwww 4 YEARS of maintaining a goal...... I now only drink pop if we go out to a restruant maybe like once a month how cool is that!!!!
* Working extra hard at positive thoughts.... challenging the negative self talk YEAHHHH im gonna do this because I AM WORTH IT!
* NEW GOAL- start connecting with people no matter how scary it is for me. I struggle with an anxiety disorder which makes this a challenge .... but i really think its a positive first step to actually WANT a wt loss buddy online so im starting to make this a goal to reach out to others and encourage them too :)
