Well, if this journey is about stamina, I've got plenty of it. Been rolling on the site for over a year now, and have lost significant weight, yet consistently fail to meet goals in a timely fashion. But now I'm thinking: What's time got to do with it? I eat better. I feel better. I look better. And I live better.
Deadlines are for work. Lifestyle changes are for life. I am feeling good and looking forward while enjoying the present. I see no other way.
