I have been stagnant on my weight for about 6 months. I stopped eating almost all grain definitely not gluten. I lost 10 pounds, and have just stayed where I am. Although I am off all my medicine but one.
I'm back from Vacation. I actually lost 2 pounds WOOOHOOO.
I'm going to have to kick this up a notch. Here are some ideas that I think will help.
I am going to each more vegetables. I eat a lot vegetables already, but I'm going to kick it up to more each meal. Cutting down on meat. I could be a vegetarian in a minute (an was for several years) but because of my health I can't eat the grains and soy, so I need to get my protein from the meat.
I'm going to exercise everyday. I just don't do that enough.
I'm going to cut down on the wine. I love my wine.
So this is my plan!!
