Back at it

So I'm back at it after taking a lengthy break. At this point I am working on cooking my own meals, portion control and logging. I haven't incorporated exercise just yet but I plan on starting with a few basic at home/non gym exercises to start.
It's kind of funny because it was an uncalibrated scale with a too high weight that spurred me into action. I guess in the end it doesn't matter what inspired me as long as I get back to it lol. emoticon
