Weigh-In Update

Sunday, July 21, 2013

Last week I weighed in at 154 lbs after coming back from vacation.
Today I weighed in at 152.6 lbs...

So I'm slowly working my way back down to where I was when I left for vacation. But it's been difficult. I haven't had a whole lot of motivation to get out and move... I didn't get my 12 miles of walking in, nor did I drink all my water every day. And I bought some candy... BUT! the candy that I bought was individual pack sized instead of family pack sized. So I feel like that was at least a bit of progress.

But I have been officially admitted to Grad School and have registered for my classes. I've arranged to get a private loan with a lower interest rate and a better repayment plan than what the school was offering. I've been to the Substitute Teaching workshop and I'm now waiting on my official Employee number from the county so that I can start my registration on their website.

So things are progressing along nicely and I'm hoping that I find some of my motivation this week!

1.4 pounds is good for a week. Remember weight loss always lags behind your efforts by a few days.

And Grad School is just AWESOME!! Good for you. I think you'll be great! emoticon

That's great on your school admissions and on your better loan. Best wishes for you during the new school year.

Well as you've seen you don't have to be completely perfect to make progress! Good luck with the weight loss and Grad School : )
