Today's weigh-in was much better! I think mostly because I drank a lot more water. However, I went out last night, which also had an affect the results. Alcohol always makes me weigh less the next day... granted, I only had 2 beers (go me!), but we'll see what the scale says tomorrow.

I think after my weigh-in for the challenge tomorrow, I'm going to go a week scale-free. It just seems so scary though!

In other news, I have a date tomorrow night!

    Woohoo on the weigh-in! Going scale-free isn't so scary when you focus on your other goals like exercising for a certain amount of time or staying within your calorie range. I went a whole month without weighing in & was completely fine. Once I was "able" to weigh in I was in no rush to do so because I already had declared myself victorious because I had met my other goals.

    Do you weight yourself everyday? Our weight fluctuates everyday because of different reasons. It's much healthier and saner if you weigh yourself once a week. I've even thought about doing it every two weeks so I don't get obsessed with the sale.
