Though I was not able to log on to SP on July 19, one full month since my last weigh in, I did jump on the scale that morning. There has not been a huge difference in the number, as one would expect for a whole month's time. Only a few pounds have gone missing since June.
I am okay with this considering my clothes have been resting better on my body. It may be that I have gained some in muscle since beginning my weight training routine -- another thing I am perfectly okay with considering I feel so much stronger!
Next month I hope to have a bigger loss, at least twice what I lost this past month. For me, to gain weight is very easy, to maintain weight is a challenge, to lose weight is difficult. No matter how small the number is, I have done the difficult!
