Day 1 of Clean Eating

4/5 (4 out of 5) meals were clean. I need to work on having protein already prepared and portioned out into smaller amounts and on eating smaller portions or fewer meals. I often felt I was eating all day and my times between meals were not regular. I occasionally ate a next meal only an hour and a half apart and the next would be three hours. Still I had a very good day emotionally and physically. I accomplished several projects, got in a two and a half mile walk, dealt with a fallen tree over my new flower bed, laundry and washed and recovered the porch cushions, wrapped birthday packages for mailing and made a peach clafoutis for my husband.

This is not working because I am eating too much.

    I have been thinking the same thing about the protein and need to work on that.

    My eating schedule is erratic too but I am trying to practice intuitive eating and only eat when I'm hungry.

    Sounds like you got lots done.
