So one of the assignments for the weekend challenge is to reflect on the first half of BLC22.
Well, what I have managed to do well is track my food. I was posting my CICO daily but fell off the wagon there but AM writing down every bite and have since the get go. It is getting easier and am not only utilizing the computer but now I have the Spark app on my phone and using it. I have no excuses other than lazy if I don't. It does help me make decisions as to what I will and won't eat and where I land in the range I believe is reasonable for me.
I have also seen improvement in my exercise. Not perfect but improvement. LG and I have had mini challenges (like we used to do daily) with our step counting. Does make me want to keep pushing myself when I would otherwise say nah, not today.
I have seen more fruits and veggies which is a bonus and keep striving to do more in lieu of poor choices.
My ST isn't what I hoped for but still trying. I must be careful as I have a wrist tendon issue and won't see the hand specialist till next week so doing much with it weight wise isn't possible. Pulling weeds is strenuous if that says anything. However, I continue to do lower body as much as possible doing squats and bicycle crunches as those are 'go to' lower body/core.
As we forge into the last half of this round, I will continue to focus on what I can and where I can. I've made some progress this round on the scale as well so it is truly an incentive to keep at it.
