These adverts were to encourage people to sign up with a gym...I loved them. So self explanatory.
My week went pretty well eating and boot camping right up till Friday evening and then the wheels fell off. It all started with my having leg cramps (which I have since found out what caused it) and my quick fix was to reach out for a glass of milk. Didn't sound too bad, but I know that milk has too much sugar FOR ME. So that small sugar rush sent me heading back to the kitchen for a peanut butter and syrup sandwich which in turn...you get the picture. By the time I went to bed I was all kinds of mad at myself.
Saturday I got myself back under control and even managed a barbecue in a healthy fashion. And today has just begun, but I know it will be good. Sad thing is that that one slip up has cost me weight loss...or rather...no weight loss this week. What a waste of time, but of course life is like that. There is no 100% and I will be satisfied with the fact that I got myself back under control asap.
Today my dh, sister and her dh are taking a day off. The men are taking us ladies somewhere. Its a surprise so I have no idea what to expect, but as I was told to dress comfortably..I'm hoping it will include some out of town/walking/coffee experience.
