Things are getting tough with the ab challenge. Today was 60 sit-ups, 85 crunches, 40 leg raises and a 50 second plank.
I'm still finding with the sit-ups I need to anchor my feet under a chair although I am trying now to use more of my abdominal muscles to keep them on the floor with some success. The other difficulty is still the leg raises. I keep hoping they will get easier over time but so far that's not happening so I just grit my teeth and do them.
I also started the 30 Day Arm Challenge yesterday so today was Day 2 - 8 push-ups (OK girlie ones), 8 dips, 15 bicep curls and 15 seconds of punching. I have no trouble with this so far but I suspect it will be the dips I will end up hating.
