Long day again!

Today I did a decent job. My calorie intake was a little higher than I'd have liked it to be. However, I did still track to the best of my ability :)

It's really difficult to know exactly what you're eating when you go to non chain restaurants and family gatherings- which was the majority of what I had to do today.

Didn't really get much time to sneak in exercise either. Just a little leisure walking... But that's better than nothing.

I'm actually still sitting on the deck at our aunt and uncles house as all the men smoke their cigars tying this up on my phone LOL

that's all I really have to share for now- but I will to update tomorrow.

    Agree, I have to estimate of what I eat at restaurants that don't have nutrition information, lots of guess works.

    Great that you did your walking, can be consider as your active rest day. I think it's better to do light to medium exercises alternate with the medium to high intensity workouts for balance and for recovery :D
