Day 27 of the Spark Solution
Breakfast: v8 fusion pomegranate blueberry with lemon juice
Lunch: Texas Roadhouse Grilled Shrimp, bacon cheese fries, Caesar salad, broccoli, baby carrots, & 1 roll with cinnamon butter
Dinner: I brought half of every part of my lunch home, except the roll, and had it for dinner
Exercise: dumbbell workout, medicine ball workout, shopping for 2 hours, extra long walk around the neighborhood with hubby
Way too much sodium today, but hard to control that when eating out. I stayed withing my ranges on everything else but fat, which I figure is ok, because a lot of the time I have been low on fat this past month. One high day there is not going to hurt me.
