Hey everyone!!

So, I've decided to really get serious about my health. I want to start eating right above anything else. I know I have to do fitness too, but the fitness comes so easily and the eating messes me up! I know I must do better.

I'm setting a goal. This 3rd 60 day challenge ends only 2 days before my 24th birthday. So, the plan is to lost at least 15 lbs by then and wear an awesome birthday outfit! lol I'm really excited and nervous. I really don't want to deviate from the plan this time. I need some really great cyber fitness pals to stick with me through this journey. I will be a great friend to you also!!

    Sounds like a plan to me, TRUCKERS. I'm pretty excited. I can't really get to a treadmill right now, but I will definitely be hitting the track!! Let's keep in touch!

    Good luck with your 60 days leading up to your Birthday. I'm focussing on the next 7 weeks before I go on holiday (which is just before my Birthday) so am stepping things up - both food and exercise wise.
Happy to be a cyber fitness friend to help you on your way.
My schedule this week centres around 2 x 25min treadmill sessions each day (one before and one after work) during each I plan 10-15mins jogging minimum. I will also try to go bike riding on Saturday.
Food is including a lot of salad with some protein. Fruits and veg for snacks. Good chocolate is one of my weaknesses so my husband is on instructions not to let me near it!!

    Wow! That sounds like a really good idea. I just told my mom about it! lol I'm going to try it. I definitely need to cut down on sweets too! Thanks!

    Ok here's the "scoop" a friend shared with me so I'll share it with you.
The scoop is just that!! It's what she used for6 weeks to lose her 22 lbs. Everything she put on her plate was measured with her icecrean scooper. No more, no less.
The only other thing she did was to give up the sugar in her Java and on whatever. That she missed the most!!!
