I have my meals planned for the next 3 days. I go to the grocery store (has organic and natural foods) and the local farmer's market. I live 2 blocks from both sources of food.
I use my planner and then check my inventory. I use the nutrition tracker as well to make certain my selections will keep my husband's sodium, potassium, phosphorus, and calcium levels okay. I then go to Giantfoodstores.com to create my grocery list. I then print the list. The web app for Giant prints the list according to the aisles the foods are in.
I then zoom through the store at a non peak hour. Pretty cool.
