I started my weight loss journey this summer, and started out pretty strong. I went to the gym 3-4 times a week for an hour to two hours, and was watching everything I was eating. Last week I just got back from a vacation and while I was on vacation, I was watching what I ate (which was not that much), I drank a lot of water and went on several walks throughout the day. I came back thinking wow, I did really well this week while I was on vacation. I stepped on the scale and nothing changed besides going up half a pound. That actually upset me and this week I lost a lot of motivation. Just really struggling to get right back on the horse.
